Control panel

Load media

PocketCaprice accepts CPC disk images, tape recordings and snapshots (CPC executions 'frozen') in their respective formats outside or inside a zip file.

To load a disk image (DSK format) select the file in the file selector, the experimental CPC disc file selector appears and you can run a file from here selecting the file to run and tapping over the 'RUN' button. Also you can list the disk contents using the button 'CAT'.

To load a tape recording (CDT or VOC format) select the file in the file selector and type |TAPE [return] RUN" to start the load. CPC will wait for a keypress and the play button on the cassete, press a key in the virtual keyboard and start the tape using the tape control icon. Tap over this icon again to stop the tape.

To load a snapshot simply select the file in the file selector. The CPC will be reset and the CPC execution will continues where the snapshot was taken.

Virtual keyboard

Using this icon you can use the CPC keyboard and configure the keys of your device.

Press the map key to map a CPC key to a button of your device. It's very useful for games that use more than one fire button or to map a 'start to play' key.

Rotate view

This icon will rotate the view 90 degrees.

Configuration

Tap this icon to access to the configuration panel. You'll configure graphics, sound and emulation preferences from the icons on this panel.

Reset

This icon will reset the CPC.

Exit

This icon will exit from PocketCaprice.
